They are the best. My roof was leaking from other roofing company that install my roof 6 years ago. I got lots of quotes even from the original company who did my roof but gravity roofing was the only one that gave me a reasonable price. they came in and took care of the leak and even though they found another issue while they were fixing the leak, they did not charge me extra. They are the best, I am really happy with their work.

I've struggled with a nagging, slow leak in my roof for years. As a homeowner, but not a roofer, I tried in vain to track down where water was coming in and fix it. After years of simmering frustration, I called Taz and the team at Gravity. My repair required a couple of follow up visits, but my roof is no longer leaking, and the repair looks good from outside the house. I award 5-star reviews to companies that are outstanding and/or go above and beyond and Taz's customer service expertise really shown through when the follow-up visits were necessary. Gravity Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and cleaning up afterwards. It kept me current on schedules and inspections. Justin provided excellent customer service. He took the time to explain options and how the work would be done.

Gravity Roofing is rated 5 stars for a reason! They made replacing our roof extremely easy and stress free. They were excellent in communicating and provided quick and timely service. Once scheduled our roof was replaced within 1 day; Solar Panels detached and reattached within 9 days. They also customized gutters for our specific roof design and the actual install was done within a few hours. The owner Taz truly cares about his work and for his customers. He explained the different options and made himself available to answer all of our questions and concerns. He even inspected the job himself once completed and coordinated to have the necessary adjustments in order to deliver us the best product. Hopefully I don't need another roof anytime soon but I would definitely go with Gravity Roofing again!

We used Gravity roofing to repair hail damage to our roof. Taz walked us through the process of working with the insurance company and HOA permits. The job was done in a very timely manner and communication was excellent, with Taz giving us updates on the timeline every step of the way.

It's no secret that good roofers are hard to come by. Selecting a roofing contractor is risky. But after talking with Taz at Gravity Roofing, any worries I had were gone. Gravity Roofing was recommended to me by a co-worker after a hail storm caused damage to our roof. They were able to inspect my roof and provide a quote faster than the insurance company could send out an claims adjuster. They were also very good in helping me work with the insurance company.

I bought a house with a lanai area by my pool, it was covered by an aluminum roof, and it had a few big leaks. I called so many roofers, contractors to try and get the leak fixed and they all told me, no one fixes those leaks - or people didn't call me back. I called Gravity Roofing and Anthony called me back. He said they have a solution, it's not cheap but it works, and it is a long-term solution. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. Jose came out and cleaned and sealed my roof and made sure all the leaks were gone. I am so happy with this work and to finally have a leak free lanai. if you have a leaky lanai with an aluminum roof this is the place to call. So easy to work with, Jose did great work, he went above and beyond to make sure my lanai was leak free. I hope I don't need roof work again, but when I do, I will call Gravity Roofing. I cannot thank you enough.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever experienced with any contractor, of any kind. Obviously the quality of work was great. The price was ever better. What made this experience more amazing was the professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and just down right goodness for which Taz operates. I worked with Justin when it came to having a new roof put on my sellers home. All I have to say is I’m impressed ! Communication is a HUGE deal with me and Justin’s communication was exactly what I would have hoped for. Taz came to my home asked a few questions and gave me the recommendation on my roof. He took photos and showed me everything I needed to know. When he finished it was recommended I call my insurance company to file a claim as I had damages from the storm. He has also answered questions about the insurance company once they gave me the paperwork. I would recommend him to my family and friends because of his compassion and knowledge.
