WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ROOF IS DAMAGED DURING A STORM?
Stay off the roof and avoid damaged areas. If water is entering the home, safely move valuables away from the leak and contain the water indoors where possible. Take photos from the ground and contact Gravity Roofing so our team can assess the damage and arrange tarping as soon as possible.
HOW DOES GRAVITY ROOFING SUPPORT HOMEOWNERS DURING THE INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS?
Gravity Roofing can inspect your roof, document visible damage, provide a detailed estimate, and answer technical questions about the recommended roofing work. When requested, we can also provide relevant project documentation to your insurance company.
We do not act as a public adjuster, interpret insurance coverage, or file or negotiate a claim on your behalf. Questions about policy coverage and claim decisions should be directed to your insurance company, insurance agent, attorney, or a licensed public adjuster.

We will assess the situation and arrange emergency tarping as soon as we can, based on crew availability, weather, and site conditions, to help protect your home until permanent repairs can begin.
